Recalling from Players (Report)

When wanting to use an item that is not in the guild store, you can find it in the Report.

1. Go to Guild Store, then Report for a full list of items, alphabetical by player name.

2. Scroll until you find the item(s) you are searching for.

3. If BLUE, the item is in use by the player. If this is the case, continue scrolling as we have many duplicate items. DO NOT RECALL unless player has been 7 days inactive, and send them a message letting them know that you have recalled the item.

4. If BLACK, the item is not in use by the player, it is being stored in their backpack. Feel free to recall this item. If you are only wearing it for a short amount of time, and are going to return it, please return it to the player, not to the guild store.

5. If player is under 7 days inactive, and you would like to use the item that the player is wearing, first look for another one. If you cannot find one that is not being used, please take it from the player that has been inactive the longest. Contact a high rank for more information or if you have any questions.
